Michael is also about to perform the title role in Malipiero's St Francis with the BBC Singers (augmented by Susanna!) in the Watford Coliseum, on November 10th, for Radio 3, and has recently broadcast Liszt's Es war eimal ein Konig (The Song of the Flea) from the Wigmore Hall. An enviably busy bass-b.
